Preface

This report is the documentation of our project. It serves as a history of our process in creating the resulting computer program. It is best used as a reference for the process of creating a computer program that uses a decimation algorithm in OpenGL on Linux. It should be used by any party seeking documentation of a practical process that results in a decimating computer program.
